It is important to understand that the auto restoration business is fluid and relies on mutual trust. The relationship starts with clear communication about the scope and details of work, which is based on initial viewing and discussion. Throughout the restoration, this document is an excellent reference tool and empowers each party to speak to the original scope of work agreed to, and make amendments as required. It creates certainty in the process for both parties and enables our Clients to manage their budgets in a clear and informed manner and make decisions accordingly.

The ballpark range we provide is based on what can be seen before pieces are removed and a more comprehensive inspection and understanding of repairs are evident.

A restoration is like a home renovation - it can be expensive, you don’t know what you’re dealing with until you tear down walls, and there are often surprises along the way. Similarly, if services and items are added there will be additional charges. As a result, a precise timeline cannot be provided, and neither can an estimate or quote. We provide regular updates as we progress, and the decision to move forward is at our Client's discretion.

Client agreement
